In this weekly series, the crew will break down their top plays for the day and tell you why you should target them! Monday night brings us a San Francisco team that hasn’t allowed injuries to hinder them and a Carolina team that is actually competing for division lead.
Christian McCaffrey HIGHER Than 72.5 Rush Yards
Christian McCaffrey
San Francisco 49ers • RB • #23
Carolina started off the year as a very solid rush defense. They are now exactly middle of the pack. They have given up 117 rush yards over their last three games, including 83 yard to a struggling Alvin Kamara two weeks ago. A healthy Christian McCaffrey should be able to find any and all holes a struggling defense shows.
Christian McCaffrey HIGHER Than 5.5 Receptions
Christian McCaffrey
San Francisco 49ers • RB • #23
Surprise McCaffrey is on this list twice. He has posted HIGHER than this projection every game except three this season. Two of those he had five receptions. McCaffrey does it all and this week should be no different. Over their last three games, Carolina is allowing an average of six receptions to the teams leading receiver, which McCaffrey has more receptions than the next two leading players on San Francisco combined.

Rico Dowdle HIGHER Than 18.5 Receiving Yards
Rico Dowdle
Carolina Panthers • RB • #5
Carolina has been pleasant surprise this season. Rico Dowdle has been a big factor in the team’s success. With a healthy San Francisco offense coming into this game, Bryce Young might have to throw a lot, similar to last weeks OT win versus Atlanta. Which, Dowdle accounted for 55 receiving yards on five receptions. San Francisco has allowed 33.5 receiving yards to running backs a game. Dowdle has been helping the team in anyway he needs to. This is another game where he should help out in the passing game against a bear up defense.
Tetairoa McMillan HIGHER Than 4.5 Receptions
Tetairoa McMillan
Carolina Panthers • RB • #4
Tetairoa McMillan is having himself a good start to his career. He is by far leading Carolina in receptions, targets, and receiving yards. He is currently averaging 4.9 receptions a game. In every game this season, San Francisco has allowed a receiver to go HIGHER in this projection. In all but two games, opponents had at least two receivers or more to go HIGHER than this projection. This is the perfect matchup for McMillan to ball out and surpass his projection.
