The New York Jets and their wide receiver star, Garrett Wilson, have agreed to a contract extension. The deal is for four-years, $130 million and $90 million guaranteed.
Per Adam Schefter, this is the first time in NFL history that a receiver has received an average of over $31 million after only playing three seasons. Wilson is contracted with the Jets for the next six seasons.
