Week 4 is here, and we are kicking it off with the Underdog Fantasy Top Plays for Thursday Night Football. We have an exciting divisional matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the Arizona Cardinals. Let’s see what fireworks we can cook up for the heavy-hitting matchup. If you stopped by last Thursday, we were correct on all four plays, and now we’re going to try and run that back.

Trey Benson HIGHER Than 86.5 Rushing+Receiving Yards

Trey Benson

Arizona Cardinals • RB • #33

Week 4 Projections
ATT14.2
YDs68.1
REC2.5
YDs17.6
RUSH TDs0.4

We don’t know exactly what type of heavy workload Trey Benson will receive tonight as the RB1 of the Arizona Cardinals with James Conner out for the season. However, we know he’ll be relied on by Kyler Murray and the Cardinals’ coaching staff. After coming in for Conner, Benson finished with ten carries, 42 rushing yards, three receptions on four targets, and nine receiving yards.

He is currently projected for 85 rushing and receiving yards combined. The Cardinals will want to try and control the field against Seattle, and I expect Benson to be a great option to do that here with.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba HIGHER Than 6.5 Receptions

Jaxon Smith-Njigba

Seattle Seahawks • WR • #11

Week 4 Projections
REC6.6
YDs82.0
TD0.4
RUSH ATT0.1
RUSH YDs0.6

Jaxon Smith-Njigba might be coming down to “reality” with his targets on the Seattle Seahawks offense, but he is still the WR1. He has already logged 29 targets in three games, averaging 9.6 per game (Week 3, he did only have six targets in a blowout win). JSN has a remarkable 40.3% target share so far through three games, and Cooper Kupp is the next one in this wide receiver group with 20.8%. Sam Darnold seems to trust JSN and will feed him targets all game long.

Kyler Murray HIGHER Than 5.5 Rush Attempts

Kyler Murray

Arizona Cardinals • QB • #1

Week 4 Projections
ATT31.5
CMP21.4
YDs210.3
RUSH ATT5.7
RUSH YDs33.4

Kyler Murray is one quarterback we can trust to take off from the pocket. Murray has currently done so in all three games this season with seven rushing attempts versus New Orleans, seven versus Carolina, and six versus San Francisco. Granted, Murray may have a tougher time versus Seattle’s defense, but with Trey Benson taking over the backfield, the Cardinals’ quarterback could get the green light more.

*Kyler Murray rushing yards are at 28.5 yards, and I also would take the HIGHER there.

Trey McBride LOWER Than 66.5 Receiving Yards

Trey McBride

Arizona Cardinals • TE • #85

Week 4 Projections
REC6.4
YDs64.4
TDs0.3
FL0.0
FPT8.3

The number one weapon in Arizona is Trey McBride until Marvin Harrison Jr. can become a consistent and reliable weapon. However, McBride is producing at a similar rate to what he did last season. A slow start once again. He has logged 61 receiving yards in Week 1, 78 in Week 2, and then 43 in Week 3. The only positive sign is that he has already found the endzone once. I expect the targets and receptions to be there, but he’s only projected for 64 yards against Seattle’s defense.
