Kyle Shanahan has confirmed that Jauan Jennings is expected to play this Sunday in the Week 1 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. Jennings has been nursing a calf injury, but also wants a contract extension. We don’t know how true the calf injury is or if that was a holdout measure by Jennings and his team.
However, Brock Purdy will be excited to have Jennings, Ricky Pearsall, Christian McCaffrey, and George Kittle on Sunday.
